'Lets Get Rinsed' is a game of 150 cards for entertainment purposes only. Please enjoy responsibly, stick to your limits, and play safe. This game is for people aged 18+ only. Do not share, forward, or play with anyone under the age of 18 years old, or not of legal drinking age. We do not condone or encourage underage drinking. By purchasing this game, you are acknowledging that you are of legal drinking age. 

 

Please read our terms & conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our website or use any of our services. LETS GET RINSED WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT 

 

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT 

 

You, the consumer and end-user of this product, including every other user and participant with whom you may engage in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities, acknowledge that you shall abide by and be bound by all terms of this agreement and will comply with all laws while participating in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities. You should not engage in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities unless you agree to fully abide by all terms herein.

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

 

You understand that engaging in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities inherently involves risks and may result in personal or bodily injury and other social and economic losses associated therewith. There may be other risks not known and not reasonably anticipated at this time. You are aware of the potential risks associated with these actions, which include the possibility of serious injury and/or death. You hereby assume full responsibility and voluntarily assume all risk for all damages, injuries, and losses that you and any other party with whom you may engage in the use of this product, may sustain or incur in connection with or relating to engaging in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities.

 

RELEASE AND WAIVER

 

In consideration of being allowed to purchase and use the ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ game/product, you the purchaser, end-user, and every other user or participant in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities hereby fully and completely RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE ‘Lets Get Rinsed’, the manufacturer of this product, together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, members, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any liability for all claims, demands, losses, expenses or damages on account of damage to property or physical injury caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by participating in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

You further agree that if you, as the end-user/consumer, or anyone on your behalf, or any other party with whom you have voluntarily engaged in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’, makes a claim against one of the Releasees as a result of any activities relating to the use of the ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ product, YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, REIMBURSE, and FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from all injuries, costs, damages, causes of action, claims and any consequential and incidental damages, including legal fees, arising out of or resulting from any injury, death, or damage to property which you or any other user with whom you engage in ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ activities may sustain or cause as a result of your/their use of this ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ game.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

GOVERNING LAW

The Lets Get Rinsed ‘Terms and Conditions’, and any other separate agreements whereby we provide you with ‘Products and/or Services shall be governed by the courts in the jurisdiction to which Lets Get Rinsed is registered and is construed in accordance with the Australian Federal and National Law, and The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

This waiver may not be modified in any way. If any part of this waiver is determined to be invalid by any legal body with jurisdiction thereof, all other parts of this waiver will continue to remain valid and enforceable.

 

SOCIAL & DIGITAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT – RULES

 

All ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ social and digital media pages are for fans 18+ or of legal drinking age to enjoy responsibly.

 

To participate and engage with the ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ community, you must comply with the respective platforms Terms of Use when enjoying our social media accounts and pages.

 

We want all fans to be able to get together and share their fun ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ experiences in a positive way. 

 

When you’re posting videos, pictures, or comments; there are a few things to note:

 

• Do not post on this website, transmit to this website, or any of our social accounts any pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, threatening, unlawful, or other material which could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, promote the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or otherwise violate any law or regulation. 


• Be civil to each other and respect each other’s opinions.


• Do not post, publish, disseminate or tag any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise socially unacceptable content or information.


• Do not post copyrighted material unless it’s your own.


• Please only share with those over the legal drinking age.


 

The ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ team will review comments/uploads/posts etc to ensure they follow our rules.  We may remove or report any offending content that we deem to be inappropriate, offensive, or socially unacceptable as per the guidelines above.

TERMS OF USE

 

• Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our website. All visitors to the ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ Website will be required to confirm they are of legal drinking age before they can access our website.


• If you participate in the ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ game/product you agree to play at your own discretion, risk, and within your own limits. The creators of ‘Lets Get Rinsed’ will not be held responsible for your actions if you choose to participate in the game/product.

• If your card involves another person/player ALWAYS gain consent from that person/player before proceeding with the challenge. DO NOT proceed if you or the other person/player are uncomfortable with the challenge. Simply skip that card and move on to the next.

 

BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU ARE AWARE THAT BY USING THIS PRODUCT YOU ARE WAIVING IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS AND INTEND THIS TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY ACCRUING TO THE SELLER OF THE LETS GET RINSED PRODUCT TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
