Returns & Exchanges:

Lets Get Rinsed does not offer refunds for change of mind however we will refund on the off chance that your item is faulty providing you meet our return requirements. Our team will review your refund request and notify you if you are eligible. 

 

  • There must be proof of purchase (eg. receipt or order number)

  • Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the buyer.

  • The product must be unused

 

If your item is faulty:

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our team within 14 days. We will guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We also request that you take a photo showing the defect/fault to speed up the process.

 

Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment. Please note funds may take a few business days to clear after your refund is confirmed.

My order is late or never arrived. 

Check your confirmation email for a tracking number. If it looks like your deck is M.I.A (or if you can’t find a tracking number), send us an email and we will look into it.

 

I don’t live in Australia. Can I still buy 'Lets Get Rinsed' from your website?

Yes. We can ship our game almost anywhere. Additional taxes and duties may apply to your international order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
